Things we'll consider

We'll bid on the following (even if it's just to give one party's perspective on valuation)

  • No technology stack preference or hosting preference (cloud, hybrid, on-premise)
  • No preference for SaaS versus perpetual license with maintenance or support contracts.
  • No EBITDA, growth rate or revenue requirement.
  • Will consider VAR's or SI's of enterprise software, especially ones with maintenance contracts in place
  • Prefer software that's the system of record but will bid on modules, add-on's, etc. that extend another software vendor that's the system of record.
  • Carve-outs, spin-off's, or orphaned products/projects that need a core maintainer
  • Preference is US and Canada
